How to Fill UP Scholarship Online Form 2025
|
For filling up the UP Scholarship 2025 Online Form, please follow the following steps :
1. Apply Online Section में जायें :
- नीचे दिए गए “Apply Online” लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
2. One-Time Registration करें :
- OTR के लिए Active मोबाइल नंबर, आधार नंबर और OTP वेरिफिकेशन ज़रूरी है।
- एक बार OTR हो जाए तो आपको OTR नंबर मिलेगा — इसे सुरक्षित रखें, क्योंकि आगे के आवेदन के लिए यह जरूरी होगा।
3. रजिस्ट्रेशन (Fresh या Renewal) :
- अगर पहली बार आवेदन कर रहे हैं → Fresh Registration चुनें।
- अगर पहले से स्कॉलरशिप ले चुके हैं → Renewal विकल्प चुनें।
- फॉर्म में अपनी कक्षा (9-12, ग्रेजुएशन, डिप्लोमा आदि) का चुनाव करें।
4. Personal Details भरें :
- नाम, जन्मतिथि, माता-पिता का नाम
- पता, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल ID आदि
5. Qualification Details भरें :
- आपकी शिक्षा की जानकारी जैसे 10th, 12th, Graduation आदि
- मार्क्स, बोर्ड/यूनिवर्सिटी का नाम, Passing Year.
6. Documents Upload करें :
- Photograph and Signature (Size और Dimension ऊपर बताया गया है)
- Educational certificate जैसे – 10th, 12th, Graduation आदि
- Upload Other certificate जैसे- Caste Certificate, Income Certificate आदि (अगर मांगा गया हो)
7. Preview और Final Submit :
- सबमिट करने से पहले एक बार Preview करके सारी जानकारी अच्छे से चेक करें।
- फिर Final Submit बटन दबाएँ।
8. Print Application Form :
- Submit करने के बाद PDF या प्रिंट आउट ज़रूर निकाल लें। वही कॉलेज में जमा करना होगा।
