SSC MTS Online Form 2025 Required Documents

• Candidates are Required to upload live photo.

• Required to upload the scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format (10 to 20 KB).
• Signature dimensions should be 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).

• Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID.

• Kindly check post eligibility for required educational certificate.  

• For candidates applying under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category.

• For reserved category candidates.

How to Fill SSC MTS Online Form 2025

1. Apply Online Section में जायें :

• नीचे दिए गए “Apply Online” लिंक पर क्लिक करें।

2. One-Time Registration करें :

• जैसे SSC, UPSC, Railway, आदि विभागों में पहले OTR (One Time Registration) करना जरूरी होता है।
• एक बार रजिस्टर करने के बाद, आप भविष्य के सभी फॉर्म उसी ID से भर सकते हैं।

3. Personal Details भरें :

• नाम, जन्मतिथि, माता-पिता का नाम
• पता, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल ID आदि

4. Qualification Details भरें :

• आपकी शिक्षा की जानकारी जैसे 10th, 12th, Graduation आदि
• मार्क्स, बोर्ड/यूनिवर्सिटी का नाम, Passing Year.

5. Documents Upload करें :

• पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो (Size और Background ऊपर बताया गया  है)
• Signature (white paper पर black pen से किया हुआ)
• Educational certificate जैसे – 10th, 12th, Graduation आदि
• Upload Other certificate जैसे – Caste Certificate, Domicile आदि (अगर मांगा गया हो ) ।

6. Application Fees जमा करें (if applicable) :

• Online Payment करें Through  (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) ।

7. Preview और Final Submit : 

• सबमिट करने से पहले एक बार Preview करके सारी जानकारी अच्छे से चेक करें।
• फिर Final Submit बटन दबाएँ।

8. Print Application Form : 

• Submit करने के बाद PDF या प्रिंट आउट ज़रूर निकाल लें।
• यह भविष्य में Admit Card download करने या exam center पर काम आता है।
